1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized canvas prints
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

4. Replacement Policy

If your item arrives damaged, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement OR
  • Provide a full refund

5. Return Shipping

  • If the product is faulty, we cover return shipping
  • Otherwise, customer may bear return shipping costs
