1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized canvas prints
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
4. Replacement Policy
If your item arrives damaged, we will:
- Offer a free replacement OR
- Provide a full refund
5. Return Shipping
- If the product is faulty, we cover return shipping
- Otherwise, customer may bear return shipping costs
